Mais il y a six ans, Isabelle Pinson, la compagne de Serge, a eu envie d\u2019aller plus loin. \u00ab\u2009<em>Je d\u00e9sirais m\u2019impliquer davantage dans le parcours de notre lait jusqu\u2019au consommateur, en proposant des produits transform\u00e9s\u2009<\/em>\u00bb, confie-t-elle.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"background-color:#dddddd\"><strong>+++ Ce mini portrait est paru dans&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/tchak.be\/index.php\/2023\/09\/15\/tchak-numero-15-automne-2023\/\">le num\u00e9ro 15 de Tchak<\/a>&nbsp;(automne 2023)<\/strong>, dans la section &#8220;News des r\u00e9gions&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour mener \u00e0 bien ce projet, l\u2019agricultrice s\u2019est form\u00e9e \u00e0 la transformation du lait cru. Ce n\u2019est vraiment qu\u2019en 2022 que son envie d\u2019ouvrir une fromagerie s\u2019est concr\u00e9tis\u00e9e, avec le lancement des travaux de l\u2019atelier de transformation. Aujourd\u2019hui, le chantier touche \u00e0 sa fin. L\u2019inauguration est pr\u00e9vue pour le 22 octobre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour Isabelle, produire diff\u00e9rents types de fromages, de la p\u00e2te mi-dure, du fromage frais, en passant par le crottin de vache, ainsi que du yaourt, est une v\u00e9ritable fiert\u00e9. \u00ab\u2009<em>\u00c7a me demande beaucoup de travail, mais quelle satisfaction de recevoir les retours des personnes qui ont go\u00fbt\u00e9 \u00e0 mon fromage et qui le trouvent d\u00e9licieux ! Cela me donne la force de continuer<\/em><em>\u2009<\/em>\u00bb, commente-t-elle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un premier temps, la production d\u2019Isabelle sera vendue exclusivement \u00e0 la ferme, mais elle esp\u00e8re qu\u2019on pourra bient\u00f4t retrouver ses fromages et ses yaourts dans les \u00e9pices locales et sur les \u00e9tals des march\u00e9s. \u00ab\u2009<em>Le contact avec les clients, c\u2019est pour moi ce qu\u2019il y a de plus important.
