Cette cotisation sp\u00e9cifique vient s\u2019ajouter \u00e0 celle que les producteur\u00b7ices paient d\u00e9j\u00e0 via leur fili\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le syndicat agricole wallon d\u00e9plore \u00e9galement le fait que la grande distribution soit le seul op\u00e9rateur exempt\u00e9. \u00ab Les grandes surfaces qui vendent des produits bio sans \u00eatre labellis\u00e9s eux-m\u00eames sont les grands profiteurs de cette cotisation suppl\u00e9mentaire d\u00e9di\u00e9e au secteur bio.<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Poursuites : pas d’exc\u00e8s de z\u00e8le<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Cette nouvelle cotisation annuelle fait grincer des dents et un certain nombre de producteur\u00b7ices refuseraient de s\u2019en acquitter. Il nous revient qu\u2019il n\u2019est pas pr\u00e9vu que l\u2019agence fasse de l\u2019exc\u00e8s de z\u00e8le dans la poursuite des personnes qui ne paieraient pas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Philippe Mattart, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019Apaq-W, ne confirme pas cette information et se contente d\u2019affirmer qu\u2019il appliquera la loi. \u00ab En tant que fonctionnaire asserment\u00e9, j\u2019ai le devoir et l\u2019obligation d\u2019ex\u00e9cuter les arr\u00eat\u00e9s du Gouvernement wallon. Celui-ci, qui fixe les cotisations obligatoires destin\u00e9es \u00e0 la promotion des produits agricoles mentionn\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019article D. 234 du Code wallon de l\u2019Agriculture, a donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 un d\u00e9cret adopt\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 par tous les groupes politiques du Parlement wallon. On ne me donne pas le choix, je n\u2019ai pas de pouvoir d\u2019appr\u00e9ciation en la mati\u00e8re.<\/em> \u00bb <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c0 l\u2019heure d\u2019\u00e9crire ces lignes, aucune amende n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 envoy\u00e9e concernant ce nouveau r\u00e9gime de cotisations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cet enjeu autour des cotisations de l\u2019Apaq-W n\u2019est pas neuf. Dans notre enqu\u00eate sur son fonctionnement parue en automne 2021 (Tchak<\/em> n\u00b07)<\/a>, de nombreux\u00b7ses agriculteur\u00b7ices wallon\u00b7nes \u2013 essentiellement bio et\/ou sur petite ou moyenne surface \u2013 s\u2019en plaignaient d\u00e9j\u00e0. Ils et elles d\u00e9ploraient devoir payer une agence publique de marketing \u00e0 la communication \u00ab ultra g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste, simpliste et sans impact sur les consommateur\u00b7ices<\/em> \u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
