Un d\u00e9fi de taille, s&#8217;exclame le groupe, qu&#8217;il est possible de relever gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une \u00ab agriculture durable, innovante et locale\u00bb, que l&#8217;on retrouve aussi dans ses rayons. Une com\u2019 qui s\u2019\u00e9croule d\u00e8s qu\u2019on passe \u00e0 la correction.\u00a0Tchak\u00a0a sorti son bic rouge :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Un r\u00e9cit fallacieux.<\/strong>&nbsp;Non, ce n\u2019est pas la grande distribution qui nourrit la majorit\u00e9 des humains. Selon la FAO, les agricultures vivri\u00e8res locales assurent \u00e0 elles seules 70 \u00e0 80 % de l\u2019alimentation mondiale. Par ailleurs, nous sommes d\u00e9j\u00e0 en surproduction alimentaire. Le probl\u00e8me, ce n\u2019est donc pas la quantit\u00e9, mais la r\u00e9partition, le gaspillage et la mainmise d\u2019une agro-industrie qui oriente les cultures vers les march\u00e9s internationaux.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U<strong>ne d\u00e9finition d\u00e9tourn\u00e9e.<\/strong>&nbsp;Colruyt agite en filigrane la notion de souverainet\u00e9 alimentaire. Or, celle-ci signifie le droit, pour les agriculteurs, les agricultrices, les peuples et les territoires \u00e0 d\u00e9cider de ce qu\u2019ils et elles produisent et pour qui. Pas de laisser Colruyt et les multinationales de l\u2019agroalimentaire d\u00e9cider \u00e0 leur place.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Un argument \u00e9cologique biais\u00e9.<\/strong>&nbsp;Pour Colruyt, l\u2019\u00e9cologie se r\u00e9sume \u00e0 une formule : \u00ab\u2009les produits locaux parcourent moins de kilom\u00e8tres\u2009\u00bb. Mais rien sur une agriculture gav\u00e9e aux pesticides, aux engrais chimiques, au p\u00e9trole et aux serres chauff\u00e9es. Une d\u00e9pendance renforc\u00e9e par la course aux prix toujours plus bas, le nombre d\u2019interm\u00e9diaires et le gigantisme des r\u00e9seaux logistiques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Le mot \u00ab\u2009local\u2009\u00bb vid\u00e9 de son sens.&nbsp;<\/strong>Colruyt use et abuse du terme. Et aligne au passage quelques visages : Steve Neven et ses pommes, Willem-Jan Coens et Henk Dewaele avec leurs patates. Ces fermiers souriants servent surtout de caution marketing. Pas un mot sur l\u2019exigence de produits calibr\u00e9s pour la logistique industrielle ni sur les prix pay\u00e9s ou les marges capt\u00e9es. La vraie question reste pourtant : les paysan\u00b7nes peuvent-iels vivre de leur travail\u2009?<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Un argument identitaire dangereux.<\/strong>&nbsp;Quand Colruyt se proclame \u00ab dernier grand distributeur 100 % belge \u00bb, le local se transforme en argument patriotique. Un marketing inqui\u00e9tant, qui joue sur la fibre identitaire et glisse vers le nationalisme \u00e9conomique. Exactement la m\u00eame recette que l\u2019extr\u00eame droite.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Une ambition d\u00e9mesur\u00e9e.&nbsp;<\/strong>Colruyt se vante de produire et transformer au maximum en Belgique : du pain, du fromage, de la viande, du caf\u00e9, etc. Pas une ligne sur le fait que le groupe va plus loin encore,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/tchak.be\/index.php\/2022\/06\/17\/colruyt-terres-agricoles-aides-pac\/\">en achetant des centaines d\u2019hectares de terres agricoles<\/a>, faisant flamber leur prix, bloquant leur acc\u00e8s pour des jeunes. Un monde dans lequel agriculteur\u00b7ices et artisan\u00b7es (re)deviennent de simples vassaux et vassales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9sumons.
