Elles sont un simple outil. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plus loin, il est question d\u2019IA, de digitalisation, \u00ab\u2009d\u2019automatisation des t\u00e2ches chronophages\u2009\u00bb et \u00ab\u2009d\u2019heures lib\u00e9r\u00e9es\u2009\u00bb pour \u00ab\u2009red\u00e9ployer les \u00e9quipes vers le service client\u2009\u00bb, tout en contribuant \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts. Mais les cons\u00e9quences sur les effectifs, la charge de travail et les rythmes ne sont pas pr\u00e9cis\u00e9s. Le scan automatique et la gestion en ligne ne font pourtant pas dispara\u00eetre le travail, ils le d\u00e9placent&nbsp;: assistance, contr\u00f4le, coordination entre magasin et e-commerce, dans des flux continus qui accroissent la pression et la dispersion des t\u00e2ches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La franchise et la location-g\u00e9rance sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es comme des leviers de rentabilit\u00e9 et de flexibilit\u00e9. Exploiter davantage de magasins sans en \u00eatre directement l\u2019employeur, comme l\u2019a fait Delhaize voici deux ans. Rien n\u2019est dit des effets concrets sur le personnel&nbsp;: transfert du risque, relation d\u2019emploi transform\u00e9e, polyvalence accrue, horaires \u00e9tendus, plannings mouvants, etc.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si les travailleurs r\u00e9apparaissent dans la partie RSE, c\u2019est sous forme d\u2019indicateurs\u00a0: score d\u2019engagement, acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la formation, objectifs d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 ou d\u2019inclusion. Un mesurage, mais rien sur ce que le travail exige\u00a0: \u00eatre au top et tenir, malgr\u00e9 l\u2019affluence et les impr\u00e9vus. D\u2019ailleurs, si le communiqu\u00e9 annonce un \u00ab\u2009dialogue renforc\u00e9\u2009\u00bb avec les investisseurs et les clients, rien d\u2019\u00e9quivalent n\u2019est mentionn\u00e9 pour les repr\u00e9sentant\u00b7es du personnel.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"background-color:#a9b19d\"><strong>+++ Gr\u00e8ve, manif et syndicats : <a href=\"https:\/\/tchak.be\/index.php\/2025\/10\/13\/syndicats-syndicalisme-greve-manifestation-arizona\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/tchak.be\/index.php\/2025\/10\/13\/syndicats-syndicalisme-greve-manifestation-arizona\/\">\u00ab Il n\u2019y a pas de concertation si on ne cr\u00e9e pas de rapport de force \u00bb<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un climat d\u2019inqui\u00e9tude<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un secteur \u00e0 marges faibles, sous pression constante des discounters comme Lidl ou Aldi, on objectera que la discipline financi\u00e8re est une condition de survie. C\u2019est vrai. Mais cela n\u2019efface pas la condition de celles et ceux qui en supportent concr\u00e8tement le poids.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle se pose d\u2019autant plus que ce plan strat\u00e9gique s\u2019inscrit, en Belgique, dans une m\u00e9moire sociale propre \u00e0 Carrefour, avec une grande restructuration et la fermeture de plusieurs hypermarch\u00e9s en 2010 et 2011. Et en 2025, les n\u00e9gociations entre direction et syndicats se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9es dans un climat d\u2019inqui\u00e9tude quant \u00e0 l\u2019avenir du groupe en Belgique. Un accord avait finalement \u00e9cart\u00e9 l\u2019hypoth\u00e8se d\u2019une revente, les travailleurs acceptant le travail dominical. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans ce contexte o\u00f9 la stabilit\u00e9 professionnelle n\u2019appara\u00eet plus comme un acquis, o\u00f9 l\u2019adaptation permanente devient la norme, la question de la tension salariale cristallise de plus en plus. Pourquoi? <br>La question touche \u00e0 une forme de justice sociale.
