Ce sont toujours les m\u00eames qui r\u00e9pondent aux march\u00e9s publics.<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Des march\u00e9s dont les quantit\u00e9s se comptent en tonnes, et qui sont d\u2019autant plus gigantesques que, pour r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts, les h\u00f4pitaux se regroupent dans des centrales d\u2019achats qui se chargent d\u2019en n\u00e9gocier une partie pour l\u2019ensemble de leurs membres. Ou alors, ils passent par de gros prestataires externes qui livrent des repas d\u00e9j\u00e0 cuisin\u00e9s, comme Sodexo.
