Cette utopie post-capitaliste porte en elle le germe d\u2019un puissant espoir contestataire. Apr\u00e8s tout, le pire n\u2019est jamais certain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Votre livre s\u2019ouvre sur le pr\u00e9ambule \u00e0 la D\u00e9claration d\u2019Antonia, une sorte de Constitution qui r\u00e9git les interactions sociales dans la cit\u00e9 fictive de Pelagoya. Parmi ses principes figure l\u2019abolition de la sacro-sainte propri\u00e9t\u00e9 priv\u00e9e, au profit de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019usage. Qu\u2019est-ce que cela veut dire&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je m\u2019inscris directement dans la lign\u00e9e des travaux de Bernard Friot [<em>sociologue communiste fran\u00e7ais, NDLR<\/em>], qui souligne que la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 comporte plusieurs dimensions. \u00c0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 patrimoniale (celle qui peut se transmettre) et de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 lucrative (celle qui permet d\u2019en tirer profit), il y a la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019usage. C\u2019est le fait de dire qu\u2019un bien appartient \u00e0 celui ou celle qui l\u2019utilise. Admettons que j\u2019aie en ce moment une pince \u00e0 linge dans la main. Tant que je l\u2019utilise, on ne peut pas me la reprendre et on me reconna\u00eet le droit de choisir comment je vais l\u2019utiliser. La propri\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019usage donne donc aux gens la capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9cider des moyens et des fins de leur action.
