Dans le brabant wallon, l\u2019\u00e9quipe des mara\u00eechers du&nbsp;Champ Liberterre&nbsp;<strong>(*)<\/strong> s\u2019est adapt\u00e9e en l&#8217;espace d&#8217;une soir\u00e9e. Un temps record !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Nous avons transform\u00e9 notre grange \u00e0 Liernu en point de vente,&nbsp;<\/em>t\u00e9moigne Jonathan.<em>&nbsp;En essayant en parall\u00e8le de produire plus et plus vite, pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande croissante<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>+++ Covid-19 : priv\u00e9 de march\u00e9s, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Patrick ouvre sa ferme aux producteurs locaux (s\u2019ouvre dans un nouvel onglet)\" href=\"https:\/\/tchak.be\/index.php\/2020\/04\/27\/prive-de-marche-patrick-ouvre-sa-ferme-aux-producteurs-locaux\/\" target=\"_blank\">Patrick ouvre sa ferme aux producteurs locaux<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les gens du cru s\u2019y pressent, go\u00fbtant le plaisir de pouvoir faire leurs courses \u00e0 pied ou \u00e0 v\u00e9lo, et d\u2019entrer en contact direct avec les producteurs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Nous leur proposons nos l\u00e9gumes bio et pr\u00e9parations (tapenades, houmous ou soupes), mais aussi d\u2019autres l\u00e9gumes et fruits de la coop\u00e9rative voisine Agricovert, ainsi que des produits d\u2019\u00e9picerie, et notamment des p\u00e2tes, parce qu\u2019apparemment tout le monde se rue sur les p\u00e2tes&nbsp;<\/em>\u00bb, commente Jonathan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Souplesse, r\u00e9activit\u00e9 et inventivit\u00e9 au menu de cette initiative&nbsp;: les petits producteurs s\u2019adaptent pour ne pas fl\u00e9chir. \u25fc\ufe0e <strong>Isabelle Delvaux, charg\u00e9e d&#8217;animation (Tchak!)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>(*) <\/strong>Producteur de l\u00e9gumes BIO &#8211; point de vente situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Liernu, 65, rue de Chatillon (Eghez\u00e9e).
