Des produits que Den Berk D\u00e9lice \u00e9coule tant sous marque propre que sous les marques de ses distributeurs. <strong>Colruyt, Carrefour et Delhaize font partie de ses gros revendeurs<\/strong> (la cha\u00eene au lion l&#8217;a m\u00eame mis \u00e0 l\u2019honneur dans le cadre de sa campagne \u00ab&nbsp;Belhaize&nbsp;\u00bb, au printemps 2021). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>+++ Cette enqu\u00eate est au <a href=\"https:\/\/tchak.be\/index.php\/2021\/09\/24\/numero-7-automne-2021\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sommaire du num\u00e9ro 7 de Tchak<\/a> (automne 2021), en vente depuis ce mardi 28 septembre.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Derri\u00e8re ce succ\u00e8s commercial \u2013 Den Berk D\u00e9lice est en forte croissance \u2013 se cache une autre r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Les serres mobilisent jusqu\u2019\u00e0 800 ouvriers, principalement des Roumains sous contrat saisonnier. Ceux-ci sont soumis \u00e0 des conditions de travail d\u00e9plorables.&nbsp;<strong>Cadences infernales, horaires qui d\u00e9passent les limites l\u00e9gales, pauses insuffisantes, accidents non d\u00e9clar\u00e9s, bakchichs pour obtenir des postes\u2026<\/strong>&nbsp;Les t\u00e9moignages sont accablants. Extrait&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>\u00ab&nbsp;Certains jours, on doit travailler de 7h jusqu\u2019\u00e0 21h. On n\u2019a droit qu\u2019\u00e0 30 minutes de pause \u00e0 midi et deux autres pauses de quinze minutes. <strong>En \u00e9t\u00e9, il fait super chaud. Il y en a qui tombent dans les pommes.<\/strong> Une fois, j\u2019ai emmen\u00e9 un jeune se reposer \u00e0 la cantine parce qu\u2019il avait \u00e9t\u00e9 pris de vertige. On l\u2019a oblig\u00e9 \u00e0 se remettre au travail&nbsp;!&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Des assistants sous contrat permanent charg\u00e9s d\u2019encadrer les saisonniers confirment les m\u00e9thodes en place chez Den Berk D\u00e9lice. M\u00eame ceux qui remplissaient leurs objectifs, je devais les pousser \u00e0 \u00eatre plus productifs encore. Oui, j\u2019ai parfois \u00e9t\u00e9 m\u00e9chant. Mais je n\u2019avais pas le choix. Si mon \u00e9quipe n\u2019atteignait pas le rendement&nbsp;fix\u00e9 par mon superviseur, c\u2019est sur moi que cela retombait&nbsp;!&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contact\u00e9e, la direction de Den Berk D\u00e9lice assure que le bien-\u00eatre de ses travailleurs est au centre de sa gestion des ressources humaines. Elle reconna\u00eet que le rythme de travail est parfois \u00e9lev\u00e9 et pr\u00e9cise qu&#8217;elle cherche activement des solutions pour faire face au manque d&#8217;ouvriers.
