Et dans les semaines \u00e0 venir, l\u2019atelier et le point de vente de la boulangerie se verront compl\u00e9t\u00e9s d\u2019une cantine et d\u2019un bar associatif.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00ab En plus de cuisiner des repas conviviaux les midis et parfois les soirs, nous allons proposer une bouffe populaire une fois par semaine dans notre nouvelle cantine \u00bb<\/em>,&nbsp;se r\u00e9jouit Karim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>+++ Portrait | <a href=\"https:\/\/tchak.be\/index.php\/2022\/01\/26\/sandrine-goeyvaerts-sommeliere-caviste-autrice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sandrine Goeyvaerts, la caviste insoumise<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pratiquement, la boulangerie propose des pains de qualit\u00e9 et bio qui se nomment Le Paysan ou Le communard :&nbsp;<em>\u00ab Des noms qui ont un sens pour nous \u00bb,<\/em>&nbsp;sourit Karim. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La boulangerie, la cantine et le bar associatif sont log\u00e9s dans un beau b\u00e2timent repris par <a href=\"https:\/\/lestournieres.be\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Les Tourni\u00e8res, une coop\u00e9rative immobili\u00e8re \u00e0 finalit\u00e9 sociale<\/a>, qui a accompagn\u00e9 ce projet et l\u2019a soutenu dans sa r\u00e9alisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sans Patron, c\u2019est un projet autog\u00e9r\u00e9 qui repose sur des valeurs de solidarit\u00e9, de r\u00e9sistance, d\u2019autonomie et de d\u00e9mocratie.
